Salary: £26,000 – £29,900 per annum
*Key Responsibilities*
● Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
● Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
●Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs effectively.
●Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
●Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in all areas.
●Coordinate with suppliers and management to meet business goals.
●Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
*Requirements*
●Proven experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
●Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
●Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
●Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
●A valid UK driving licence (preferred).
●Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
